I enjoy working with clients that are experiencing stressful and chaotic challenges that are impacting their daily lives. I address issues with great compassion, empathy and with light hearted humor. There is an emphasis on treating the individual and strengthening identified support systems, improving coping strategies, and teaching communication skills to improve overall quality of life. I have extensive experience working with families, individuals, couples and teenagers.

Making us question, "How did we even get here?" and "Where do I go from here?"

I have a Bachelors of Science degree from Kean University and a MSW from Rutger’s University. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist and certified alcohol and drug counselor.  I have primarily worked with women, teens and families.
Over the last few years I have worked with clients with dementia and their families, as well as end of life issues and provided hospice support.
